We often use a steel saw to separate the frame from the wall, allowing us to remove the entire window in two parts. When it comes to installation, one of the most crucial details is the treatment of gaps around the windows. After adjusting the window, we remove any small wooden blocks or rubber chips used for temporary support during the foam sealing process. Then, we carefully apply foam sealant around the gaps between the window and the wall. Once the foam sealant has fully solidified, we trim any excess and use the appropriate tools and masking tape to apply sealant evenly along the window frame's edges. This ensures not only a neat appearance but also a critical barrier against water infiltration. The solidification time of foam sealant is sensitive to temperature, and we never rush this process as it could affect the window's levelness. Throughout the installation, we take great care to protect the products. We promptly remove any cement or mortar that may fall onto the surface of the doors and windows and repair any damaged or displaced protective paper and film.
